Matthew Rabinovitch

Matt assists in the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and active monitoring of secondary investments and structured lending solutions.

He joined Felicitas after working as an Associate at MNP Corporate Finance, where he assisted mid-market businesses with M&A transactions and capital advisory. During his time there, he executed mandates across a wide range of industries including real estate, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and commercial services.

Prior to his role in Corporate Finance, Matt gained experience through internships in corporate insolvency and private equity.

Matt holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from McGill University.
