NAV Financing

We invest in the smaller end of the NAV Financing market by loaning to private markets funds and to LP's against their portfolios. A few of our investment parameters include:

  • Sub-$30 million deal size

  • North American borrowers against primarily North American assets

  • Buyout, credit, growth, and opportunistically real estate

  • Flexible timelines, typically under 5 years

  • Combination of cash and paid in kind interest

Structured Liquidity Solutions

We invest in Credit Secondaries and Structured Credit Transactions (e.g. Collateralized Fund Obligations) backed by strong collateral within highly diversified portfolios. We also selectively allocate to private credit funds on a primary basis.
