We invest in the highly inefficient smaller-end of the secondary market by acquiring discounted LP interests in credit funds, and provide bespoke credit-oriented liquidity solutions to funds & investors through NAV loans, preferred equity, and strategic acquisitions.
Our team has completed hundreds of secondary transactions to date.
Private Credit & Equity Funds
We focus on investing in private credit funds that feature strong collateral, seniority in the capital structure, and conservative underwriting, and in highly diversified portfolios across closed-end and evergreen fund structures. We also invest in debt tranches of collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) issued by well-established asset management firms. Very selectively, we allocate to private equity funds on a primary basis as well as co-invest.
