Bill Takhar, CPA

Bill is responsible for the Finance and Operations function as it pertains to the servicing of Felicitas’s funds. This includes Audit, Tax and Accounting for the funds.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and asset management, Bill brings a depth of knowledge in financial leadership across a broad range of institutions. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance and Operations at a boutique Toronto wealth management firm. Previously, Bill was CFO at another wealth management firm where he drove strategic financial planning. He also held the role of Controller at a Toronto-based multifamily office. Earlier in his career, Bill gained institutional experience at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and one of Canada’s largest custodians, developing a strong foundation in investment operations and financial governance.

Bill holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from York University and is a CPA.
