Wai Man Poon, CPA, CFA

Wai manages all facets of the accounting processes, including ensuring the integrity of accounting records as well as managing third-party service providers, providing regulatory reporting, and servicing investors’ financial queries.

Wai’s diverse experience in financial reporting spans insurance companies, private equity firms, hedge fund firms, and more.

Previous roles include Manager, Corporate Accounting, at The Empire Life Insurance Company; Controller, Financial Reporting, at Imperial Capital Limited; and Controller at Polar Asset Management Partners Inc.

Wai holds an M.A. in Economics and also in Accountancy and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University. She is an active CPA and a CFA charterholder.
